MULTIFUNCTIONAL PARK “SANTA GIULIA”

The multifunctional park “Santa Giulia” is born out of collaboration of Italian companies, which have seen Serbia as a nation with a great growth and expansion perspective. They established different companies whose goal is research, development and fulfilment of civil and industrial work.

Park is located in territory of Municipality of Temerin and it extends on the surface of 16,25 ha. The area is located 8 km from one of the most important Serbian industrial centres, Novi Sad in adjacency of Pan-European Corridor 10, more precisely high-way E-75 Belgrade-Budapest. In few years Temerin is going to be connected to the Corridor with by-pass road all through Temerin and Becej.

The achievement of this project, born thanks to collaboration of Temerin Municipality, is connected to growing demand for spaces in environs of Novi Sad and more request of foreigner companies who intends to move their production in Serbia, attracted by minor labour costs and taxes facilitation profuse by Serbian Government.

It consists of small citadel with industrial zone, multifunctional centre, hotel with spa, and recreational zone with football stadium.
